DELIVERY POLICY

Orders placed in UK mainland will be delivered in 3-5 working days. A delivery charge to cover Postage & Packaging will be added to total sum.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We try to stock all products listed on our website. However, we cannot always guarantee availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

If you place an especially high value order we reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation of your order details, prior to authorisation. Also, an additional charge to cover Postage & Packaging maybe applicable.

If an item is out of stock we will obtain it as quickly as possible for you and despatch it to you on our standard 3-5 day delivery when it arrives.

REFUND POLICY

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any payments made via this website, up to 7 working days after receiving it and receive a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please Contact Us, quoting your name and date ordered. If we can not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will ask you to return the products to our Correspondence Address and once received we will make a refund providing the items are unopened and undamaged.
